Our office will properly obtain personal information without deception or other wrongful means.

Our office will use personal information within the necessary range for achieving the following purposes. In the case of using the personal information for purposes not defined below, we will use it after obtaining consent of our clients.


About the safety management of personal information

Our office will take necessary and appropriate measures in order to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information handled and for other safety management of the personal information.


About the trust of personal information

In the case of entrusting a third party with all or part of handling of personal information, our office shall conduct a strict investigation on the third party, and we will conduct necessary and appropriate supervision for the third party in order to ensure the safety management of personal information entrusted to handle. In addition, we may entrust the third party with the handling of personal information when we do business in concerted action with the third party in consulting, privacy mark application and ISMS application.


About third-party provision of personal information

We will not provide personal information to a third party without obtaining consent of our clients in advance, other than when required by laws and regulations such as the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.


About disclosure / correction etc. of personal information

Our office will promptly disclose personal information when our clients request for the disclosure of personal information. In that case, we will not respond to the request if we cannot confirm that you are the principal.

If there is an error in the content of personal information and there is a request for correction, addition or deletion from our clients, we will respond promptly to the request after investigation. In that case, we will not respond to the request if we cannot confirm that you are the principal.
