今年から、模範六法のPOD(Print on Demand)版として、「知的財産法セット」が発売されたので、早速購入しました(添付写真)。特許法と著作権法には、判例が付いていて、大変参考になります。その他の知的財産法にも判例が追加されることを期待しています。

I (Toshio Yamamoto) have bought a book "Intellectual Property Law Set" (shown in the photo) which has been released from this year as a POD (Print on Demand) version of the “MOHAN COMPENDIUM OF JAPANESE LAW”. The book includes cases (judicial precedents) of the patent law and the copyright law, which are very helpful to understand these laws. I hope that the book is improved so as to include cases of the other intellectual property laws as well.
