Happy Holidays!

　早いもので、本年も残すところあと僅かとなりました。
　東京では、コロナ患者が減少してきたので、日常の生活が徐々に戻りつつあります。
　そして、事務所のある新橋・虎ノ門エリアでも至る所からクリスマスソングが聞こえてきて、街は、すっかりクリスマスムードです。
　先日、お昼休みに、事務所近くの虎ノ門ヒルズビジネスタワーに立ち寄った際に、虎ノ門ヒルズのマスコットキャラクター“トラのもん”（某有名ネコ型ロボットの白い虎バージョン）が、サンタクロースの衣装に身を包んでいるのを発見しました！
　ちなみに、気になって調べてみたところ、“トラのもん”は、“トラのもん”という文字と図形（トラのもんのイラスト）の結合商標として商標登録されております。私たちにとって身近なものでも、実は、知的財産権により保護されているものが多いので、調べてみると面白いです。

　There are only a few days left this year.
　In Tokyo, the number of Covid infections is decreasing and as a result we are gradually returning to our normal lives and there is Christmas music playing all over the city.
　The other day, I went to Toranomon Hills Business Tower near our office at lunch time and I found that “Toranomon”, which is the mascot of Toranomon Hills, has dressed up as Santa Claus!
　By the way, “Toranomon” has been registered as a composite trademark which is the combination of the characters “トラのもん” and its figure. It is interesting to try to look it up, because there are actually a lot of things familiar to us which are protected by intellectual property rights.
