写真の竹の中には、米が入っており、キャンプ場で米を炊いているところです。竹はいろいろな利用ができて、優れた材料だと思います。例えば、竹抽出物等を有効成分として含む抗菌剤に関する特許がありました。日本には竹が余っていると思いますが、それをさらに活用できるチャンスがあると思います。
