酒蔵ツアー (Sake Brewery Tour)

弁理士の江部です。昨日の11月３日、友人である欧州弁理士のTomと小澤酒造の酒蔵ツアーに参加しました。東京駅から約２時間の小旅行でしたが、Tomと交流を深め、いろいろと情報交換することができました。ツアー後は、紅葉を見ながら、豆腐、おでん、みそこんにゃくなどとともにお酒を楽しみました。皆様もツアーに参加してみてはいかがでしょうか。

I am Takeshi EBE, a Japanese Patent Attorney. On November 3, I had a short trip with one of my best friends, Tom who is a European Patent Attorney, which took about 2 hours from Tokyo Station. It was a Sake Brewery tour of Ozawa Sake Brewery which is one of the famous Japanese Sake brands. We had lots of conversations and shared lots of things with each other. After the Sake Brewery tour, we enjoyed Japanese Sake and Beer with Tofu, Oden and Miso-konnyaku with seeing autumn color of leaves. I recommend joining the Sake Brewery tour.
