視力回復(Vision Restoration)

こんにちは。
先日、ICL手術を受けてきました。ICLとはImplantable Collamer Lens(眼内コンタクトレンズ)の略称で、角膜を削らずに、目の中にレンズを挿入して視力を矯正する手術です。
私は中学生の時から目が悪く、ずっと眼鏡とコンタクトをつけていたので、今回思い切って手術を決めました。感想は、本当にやってよかったです。毎朝朝起きた瞬間から世界がはっきり見える！と感動が続いています。
ICLのCの部分、Collamerというのはレンズ素材のことで、これが特許素材だということがわかりました。技術の進歩のおかげで快適な生活が手に入ることに感謝ですね。

また先日、事務所では忘年会が行われました。
毎年のことですが、1年が過ぎるのは本当に早いですね。事務所メンバーと話すことで、来年も頑張っていこうと思えました。

The other day, I had ICL surgery. ICL stands for Implantable Collamer Lens. It's a procedure that corrects vision by inserting a lens into the eye without cutting the cornea.
My eyesight has been poor since junior high school, and I've always worn glasses and contacts, so I finally decided to have the surgery. I'm so glad I did it! Every morning, the moment I wake up, the world is crystal clear! The excitement just keeps going.
I learned that the “C” in ICL stands for Collamer, which is the lens material—a patented material. I'm truly grateful that technological advances allow us to enjoy such comfortable living.

Also, the office held its year-end party the other day.
As always, it feels like the year flew by. Talking with my colleagues made me determined to keep working hard next year too.
